[SOLVED] I cant turn on my pc

I putted my old hdd with files to check and everything worked but when i turned off my pc and removed the hdd and connected all the cables my pc didnt start i tried to remove the atx cable from motherboard and it didnt helped too i dont know if my poer supply or motherboard is broken. Any help?

HDD: WD Blue 500GB (from laptop i forgot model name) (age 5 years)
HDD that triggered issue: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB (age 13 years)
GPU: MSI R9 270X 2GB
PSU: Silentiumpc Vero L2 500W (age 3 months)
Chassis: Genesis Titan 700
OS: Linux Ubuntu 18.10

I think i fixed it i rotated my pc when launching and it worked but there is weird smell from my pc between radiator and fan where is the motherboard ports
