I can't turn on/off my numberpad on my keyboard by pressing just numlock key. I have to press shift+numlock to do it. Also happens same with scroll lock. Caps lock works fine. Any suggestions? I am using windows 10.Connected my keyboard with my andriod phone, there is works fine. So keyboard is not at fault.

it seems shift + numlock auto disables num lock. By default in Windows, pressing Shift will disable num lock regardless of the num lock state - so, "Shift + num 8" would actually register as "Home"

Does the keyboard have its own software? Have you tried to do it in a clean boot? maybe its another program conflicting
Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to...
