i cant uninstall anything

i cant uninstall programs because my computer says theirs already a program uninstalling and theres nothing uninstalling

whats going on ?????????

Have you tried restarting your computer?

1. Impatience, continually clicking numerous times to uninstall a program will bring up messages from windows that a program is already being uninstalled. This can lead to broken programs that cannot uninstall properly, you may need to reinstall the program and once the program indicates its properly installed a "finish" tab will appear ensuring its installed, now uninstall the program, it will uninstall correctly.
