Question I cant update OSD firmware on monitor

Hello guys,so i have recently got this monitor Gigabyte Aorus ad27qd and i have downloaded the OSD from the official site,so i see at default its on F02 version

i mean i downloaded all the possible versions and tried them,but it just doesnt update.I click browse and then update i wait it,the screen flickers(settings go back at default) and it says success but after i close program or even restart pc it stays the same F02. Like i even tried to unplug the usb cabel from monitor but i cant open the osd,so i have the cabel.I mean i even tried to uninstall program but still not working.I have the disc but i dont have disc drive. What can i do to upgrade it? I also noticed when i turn on Aim Stabiliser my refresh rate locks on 120hz and i cant make it to 144hz. Also when i tried to reinstall the osd sidekick i get this from my antivirus -

could this thing stop it from actually updating ? but i have added to exception and still nothing

Just try shutting down Avast before installing the osd sidekick.

I have tried disabling all shields,then reinstall the osd and try to update,but still the same results,it says success i restart and it still stays on the same version i have no idea what to do anymore. Even tried to change the usb slot on the back of my pc but still nothing.

I had the same issue with my second ad27qd. I haven't had the issue with my first monitor, however after getting the latest OSDSidekick the issue has started appearing on my first monitor too.

I've managed to update my firmware by reverting to an older version of the OSDSidekick.
