Question I can't use DDU in safe mode

I am trying to use DDU on my brother's PC so that I can install my new graphics card to see if there's any issues with it, but I am met with a message that says this:

I heard that if you use OneDrive that this can get in the way of using DDU, and my brother is using OneDrive on his PC. What can I do to be able to use DDU?

Try moving the app to another spot in C:\ first.

I have it available on my desktop now. Is that a good place or do I need to move it somewhere else, and if so, where?

Start with making a new folder in C:\ and moving the app in the new folder.
