I can't use my Lan Cable

So recently I upgraded to fiber and wanted to start using a Lan cable for ultimate speed but it didn't work. Iv'e tried everything I can think off. So if anyone could help me that would be super!

ROUTER: HUAWEI Home Gateway

The drivers are installed I've tried to uninstall and reinstall many times. I can't check another computer as of now. But Iv'e tried to plug with another lan cable and that didn't work.
