I can't use two gamepads together at same time

I can't use two gamepads together in windows 7
I can use one gamepad at same time
*****i have red light turned ON
in both controllers
*****I'm using x360ce to configure the buttons
Please help

What program are you using? Or are you just pairing to bluetooth and thats it? SCP allows for more then one of the same type of controller.

I Don't use PS3, PS4 & Xbox Controllers i have cheap controllers

By cheap you mean knockoffs? There is your problem right there. Knockoffs are known to be cheaply and badly made and unpredictable...

If it is just a standard branded controller for lets say best buy. It uses the same connections type as a 360 or PS controller so SCP should still work.
