I changed my Motherboard, now I’m stuck on bios

I changed my Motherboard from a

MSI H110m to a B360 Aorus Gaming 3 Wifi.

But when I boot up the pc, it shows the Aorus logo then displays BIOS splash screen. I’ve tried swapping SATA 3.0 cables, reseating both SATA cables, taken out one stick of ram and moved it up and down the DIMM slots, and resetting the BIOS settings to default. The hard drive is being recognised in BIOS so I don’t know if my Hard Drive is faulty.

My specs:

MSI GTX 1060 3gb
T-Force (2x4) 3000Mhz
Core i5-8400

You need to perform a clean install of windows because of the chipset switch.

Am I able to do that from BIOS?
