I changed my power cables around now my two HDD's do not show only my boot SSD.

I added a disk reader to my PC but my power supply was full and the power cables did not have enough extensions to reach the disk reader. I switched one of the cables around for one with three connectors and connected my SSD running my boot drive and two other internal hard drives. I used the previous 2 connector cable to plug in my disk reader and removed the other 2 connector cable from my PC. I plugged in the sata cable to the disk reader and booted the PC. Then only the boot drive was shown. I tried going into the bios, using the disk manager and going into device manager and scanning for hardware changes. The other two drives and the disk drive did not show up. I then switched the cables back to the originals to check if it was a cable issue. Now only the boot drive SSD shows up and I can't get the others to show.

TLDR: Changed power cables around now only my boot drive shows

were these cables swapped with power removed, or, still applied?
