I checked my hard drive and its using a lot of memory it shouldn't

I checked my hard drive using the storage menu in settings and it says i'm using 133 GB on the "other" files. I would like to know what is using 133 GB and if i can remove it. i'm using an outdated EliteBook 8440p (if that helps)

I deleted the norton backup folder. i also changed norton to only backup when I want to not automatic
