Question i configured comp to run on ssd but it is dividing the work load on ssd and HDD

so i set the boot did the unallocated space and cloned the disk, yet it still is partially running on the HDD is it because my os files are in both my SSD and HDD? before i delete my Os files in my HDD i wanna be sure im not destroying my comp
(P.S. the work load is being divided between SSD and HDD strange? i want it just on SSD and HDD for storage)
