Smoke.

Solution
Yeah, that's bad.

the four pin sys_fan socket is only for delivering power from the motherboard, to a PWM based case fan.

The floppy power cable is for delivering power from the power supply, to an old floppy disk drive.

If the computer doesn't turn on anymore, then you fried the motherboard, power supply, or both...maybe other components as well such as the CPU.
Fan pins on the motherboard delivers power TO the fans. If you truly found a way to connect a floppy drive power cable to the fan pins on the MB, you just injected power and probably shorted or fried something out.

Can you please provide us a picture of exactly what you plugged in, and where?

One thing you could try is this. Unplug power to the power supply. Leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Now reconnect the mains back to it and see if it will turn on.

If you're lucky (and I mean really lucky), it was just the power supply engaging some fail-safe circuitry protection and it shut the computer off. Leaving the system unplugged from the mains might reset the power supply again.
