My 5 year old PC is on its last breaths with, and I've been thinking of waiting till Black Friday to get a new one at a decent price. But this whole LHR bypass got me scared a new mining wave is gonna start, especially with the rebound of BTC and ETH. Been thinking of getting a 3060Ti rig. Where I am from it will cost $1910. I was thinking of 3060Ti, B550, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16G 3200Mhz CL16, and the rest I will get on my own, but those are the main components. My goal is future proofing for a while. So, should I do it or wait some more? My current rig is i54460, ZOTAC GTX 960 4GB, B85M GAMER MB, 16GB DDR3 RAM.

3060Ti is a huge jump in performance over a 960. I don't think you would regret it, aside from paying the current premiums (about 20-25% over MSRP for it)

3600Mhz memory would be better for Ryzen.

I wouldn't worry about GPU based mining for much longer. They are changing the rules soon, and as always, it gets harder to get bit coin.

I don't think the GPU market prices are going to recover as much as people seem to think. There are shortages of everything in the pipeline, and a general increase in parts and labor. As long as companies are willing to pay those prices, they will pass the cost onto the consumer.

These LHR models of cards have MSRP higher than the fully fledged launch products, they will ride that as long as possible.

What country are you located?

Egypt. Most traders will only sell the cards in bundles, cause they're exploiting bastards
