i created a bootable usb using rufus then when i restarted and entered the uefi to change the boot priority the usb wasnt ther

after creating the bootable usb i restarted my laptop and entered the uefi to change the boot priority to my usb i couldnt find it there.

If your BIOS has a Fast Boot option try disabling it then save and exit and go back to boot priority. If not under Boot you could try adding a new boot option.
