I deleted all partions of window8.Then I power off .My computer shows missing boot mgr and no bootable devices.How should I insall window

You need a windows install disk or usb drive.

Sir. I wanted to install window7 on window8 laptop.And i changed boot mote to legacy.then i formatted partition but i can't.So I delete all partitions.At that time,I did new partition but I can't.then i powered off without new partitions.Now my computer show on uef1 mode as no bootable device and on legacy mode as missing boot mgr.how should i do?

Do you have a window 7 install disk you are able to boot from? Without it you won't get anywhere.
Assuming you can boot to the install disk, what exactly are the error messages you receive: the exact wording of the errors is important.
