I deleted everything with Bitdefender

Well not really everything but enought that it ruined my computer. It still has a couple o things. It has no java and it says error when I try to install one. I can't pin the control panel because it has no icon and no name. I tried resetting and it won't. Im fucked. I was trying to clean my drive with Bitdefender and after it analyzed i put everything to delete so yeah, that's what happened and now I don't knoa what to do. I am not able to download anything. Please help me. Thank you.

I think what you're looking into is a restore point and failing that, a full wipe and new Windows install. Hard to tell just what you deleted, so hard to tell you how to recover it.

If there's any files that aren't backed up try to copy/place them onto a portable storage such as the flash drive then do a reinstall.
