On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

If you can't login after a factory reset, I would just do a fresh install instead.
If there is anything on Hdd C is on that you want to save, try http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

otherwise change boot order in PC so USB is first,. hdd second and follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

if you reach step 13 and it throws errors at you about GPT, delete all the partitions and click next and win 10 will create the partitions it needs

When you reach page asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 should auto activate on install. When you upgraded to win 10, your PC's details were saved on a Microsoft server and you got a Digital Entitlement to always reinstall win 10 on that PC
