I did a reinstall of Windows 10 now my Carson mm490 is not reconisied only my web cam I downloaded the software from their (Carson) site still no joy any one have any idea what the problem is ?

I did a reinstall of Windows 10
Where did you source the installer for your OS? Might want to make sure your platform's BIOS is up to date, then make sure your chipset drivers are installed in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
