[SOLVED] I didn't know where to ask this... why I can't access Coinpot.co?

So I have been using bitcoin faucets that send my cryptocurrencies to my Coinpot wallet. I have been using it for 2 years now, I trust it. But now, I tried to access it yesterday, I signed in successfully, but then it emailed me a verification link (which it has done before, no big whoop), but now, when I click on the verification link, I get the following page:

I did the first two things it lists: Make sure Date & Time are set, and Ctrl+Alt+Shift & clear data. It didn't help.

I couldn't find:
Fix ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR by clearing your SSL State

I did:
Fix ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR by disabling QUIC Protocol

I couldn't find:
Fix ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR by Enabling all SSL/TLS Versions – The Last Resort

Has Chrome been updated recently? It may be the case that Chrome will no longer allow the SSL version that website uses.

that's probably the case, i manage a website on IIS and i had to change some settings on the server in order to make it work with new versions of mozilla and chrome

Ok, I got a new computer. I formatted my HDD (a 250GB m.2 stick)... three times to make sure. I reinstalled Windows and I get the same thing from all 3 sites (MoonBitcoin, MoonBitcoinCash, and MoonLitecoin). That Safebrowse.io error screen that I have to click "Proceed Anyways" to access. I have no idea why... If anyone has any ideas that are technical, could you give me a noob's guide to fixing it? Thanks.

I see some references to this being an Xfiniti thing -- https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Unblock-all-websites/td-p/3292083 that article has instructions to disable.

Ok, first a recap, then an update: I have Cox Communications as my ISP. I was using the MoonBitcoin sites for years with no issues. Then Cox updated us to the new Panoramic WiFi. Now when I go to these sites, I am met with an error page that says "This site has been blocked blah blah blah... Proceed Anyways?" And in the address bar it has the site address, but in front of it it says safebrowse.io. I've only seen one other person mention this from Cox, their solution didn't work.

Update: Last week, I took my computer to my GFs house for the week as she lives 3 hours from me. She has Xfinity. The bitcoin sites I use came up and ran fine with no safebrowse.io <Mod Edit>. Now I'm back at my house, and I'm getting the safebrowse,io thing again. It has to be something with Cox. Any ideas? Thanks for you guys' help.

I figured it out!!! So, I discovered that the Cox Panoramic WiFi has an app. And that app allows you to disable the "Advanced Security Features" which I did and now I can access all my Bitcoin sites with no issues.
