My build:
AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
Kingston FURY Beast 16 GB
Crucial p3 plus
ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI
3080 asus tuf gaming V2 OC
meshify 2 (solid, 3x140 1000rpm, 2 intake, 1 exaust)
Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Lian Li EDGE 850W

(All new parts, non aesthetic build) As this is my first pc build, even though I put hours into research (im so pissed I overlooked this) I bought a L shaped PSU without realizing that youre suposed to put put PSU fan on the bottom.
(PSU cage can let air through) So should I put the fan on the bottom and let the L extension hang, will the cables be okay if they bend this way? or should I put the fan up, rest the L extension, will the temp situation be okay, because GPU takes air up, PSU down, so kinda a vacuum?

The psu in itself was great price and is great performance (from reviews), got all the parts, but havent built it yet, please help.

You can do one of three steps;
1| Return the PSU for something that's traditionally designed
2| Return the case for something made by Lian-Li that had the EDGE designed for in the first place
or
3| Work with the PSU as is, with the fan facing up towards the meshed arear of the PSU's basement.
