I disabled 2 cores on ryzen 1400x and cant turn them back

I used the ryzen master utility tool and disabled 2 cores but cant turn them back on i have an asrock motherboard tried to load default, flashed the bios too but nothing worked i need your help

never use software tools to modify your bios settings, just go in bios and do the settings you want. Your only solution is to try to re-activate them FROM RYZEN MASTER UTILITY. Try to uninstall ryzen master utility and load bios defaults, or reinstall windows and load bios defaults.

i already tried removing ryzen master tool and loading default into bios but it still didnt work
