I Disabled my Intel Graphic Card on my windows 8.1 laptop

I stupidly disabled my Intel Graphics card because i could not play one of the games on my laptop because of my Intel graphics card, i stupidly though that if i disabled the graphic card via control panel/Screen Resolution/Advanced Settings/Properties and disabled it, but when i disabled it instead of keeping it off until i decided to enable it again, it completely replaced it with Microsoft basic display driver and now i can't have acces to the Intel Graphics card properties, therefore i cannot re enable it which is frustrating, i would love a quick response please FIXED FIXED FIXED FIXED FIXED (It just randomly came back)

Download the latest Intel Video suite, uninstall the graphics driver that is currently there, reboot, and install the Intel.

I can't delete the Microsoft Basic display, i can;t even disable it

no... just uninstall the current driver from the Device Manager. You cannot delete the Microsoft one, it is a default/fall back for the OS

you don't delete the basic display, just download and install the intel video suite
