First off i guess i'll post my pc , tried posting on LTT but had no replies at all.

------------------------------
I7-7700k (Hyper 212 plus)
Ga z270 gaming 3
RX 580 8gb
16gb DDR4 Ripjaw V 3000mhz
SSD kingston v400 120gb
WD 1TB 7200
WD 500gb 7200 x2
PSU EVGA Bronze 600w 80 Plus
Bought everything on october 2017.
--------------------------------
Ok here's the thing

It all started the first days of february for some reason my R9 390 died , it started to go black screen for no reason, while gaming, every test i did showed it fine, it kept giving me black screen until i just couldn't even put my PIN on win10 log in screen, it worked fine without the drivers, but as soon as i installed them black screem came up again, long story short, it died, so i bought an RX 580 from my cousin which i know he barely used it and just got it for like4 months or so and i'm having some issues at least it does it with Skyrim (modded) after 40 mins or 1h or playing display driver stopped responding in Event Viewer i only notice this while playing Skyrim, then started some other errors with Ghost Recon Wildlands and Black Desert Online (the game just closes after a few mins with this last one without any error or crash, nothing, nada )saying Application has been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware.
I tried every single test i could came up to, tried several clean win 10 installation, with and without updates, drivers from Jan 2018 to today's. Furmark, prime95, Memtest, OCCT, swaping PCI-E slot etc etc etc no error of course the first thing i checked was temp. Tried a GTX 1070 like a month ago and have no problems (i'll probably try again) (Display driver stopped responding and Application has been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware started this week) 2 nights ago i tried one stick of RAM only and left Black Desert Online client opened all night, looked fine, moved again to skyrim, yesterday played 2 hs at least without any crash or errors, so i though, must be a faulty RAM, today i tried again with the 2 sticks and finally had a BSOD. so i took it out, now the other stick started to do the same not as frequently as the first one but yet.. any clues?
I would like to think it could be the PSU though it doesn't show any simptoms of failure yet i can't say if it could be the motherboard or the RAM sticks, i mean i can't be all together (hope)

I'll attach OCCT screenshots from the test, dump file (which i have no clue how to read it) and After burner log.
I'll apreciate any help before anything else blows up =(

Dump file ---> http://www.mediafire.com/file/jm1su87hjskn861/032119-17250-01.rar/file
After burner log ---> http://www.mediafire.com/file/bz6q1270s3qcu5q/HardwareMonitoring.hml/file (you need to read the one before last)

in case anyone is lazy to download the afterburner log.. here are some screenshots.

An awkard question, have you tried bios update?
I know for some odd reason my PC does not wanna boot if I dont plug one of two sticks in any slot , then boot up with that one, then replug the last stick to make it working.

What is set to sata mode in bios? AHCI or IDE sata?(that comes in my mind)
Which drive is used for windows? Have you tested/seen your HDD/SSD smart results, use HD Tune Pro (free trial)?

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah my bios is up to date, windows is in my SSD of course.

Usually from reading another few posts, youtube videos etc.
It says faulty GPU memory.
But is there by any chance another PC where you can test your GPU, soo that way you can rule out motherboard/cpu/ram issue.

Uhm My original GPU was the R9 390 the one that died, now i got another one RX 580 worked fine in my cousin's rig, do i don't really think it could be the GPU, this one is almost new, like i wrote above i bough it from my cousin, who barely use it, he bough it brand new a few months back and i asked him to sell it to me since he barely play at anything. BTW Sata is AHCI.
I noticed a few friends also got the display driver stopped responding so that's my doubt, i don't know if my pc is falling apart or it's just some bad AMD and windows update bad drivers, witch i've already tried different versions, the only thing i can't try on another pc is the RAM sticks, nobody i know use DDR 4. Yet i have to identify what caused the problem before something else got damaged

Update: after trying a new clean installation on another SSD without any windows update just Windows Media Feature Pack, motherboard drivers from CD, video card drivers from the CD, some VCredist and DirectX this is what i got, and acording to google it is a RAM issue? if anyone can confirm this....

Driver IRQ less than or equal is blaming a driver (hence its name) so I am not suggesting the next thing cause I think its ram - its just a possibility based on this

Try running memtesst86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

now if it finds nothing,
Can you follow option one on the following link - here

and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

Hi Colif i've already attached a dump file in the first post, here are two more.

I'll try the sticks separated later.

Also cleared de CMOS too, i'm not getting any errors and haven't updated windows at all (at least in the last 2 days) but it is still weird what the hell is or was the cause of my other video card death and the games crashing with the new ones, not even mention something kept killing my network.
This pic below was before wiping my SSD, we were sharing the same conection while gaming Black Desert Online and i was the only one being disconected every 5 mins...in a friend's place, when i came back to my place, it still kept disconnecting me. After wiping my SSD and besides those BSOD i had the first day eveything runs fine now and i'm just can't figure out why.

memtest can be used to check ram slots as well, since you only get BSOD with 2 sticks in at same time, run memtest with both in and see if you replicate results. SInce both sticks work fine alone, they should together.

I will wait for gardenman to reply but he is likely asleep now, and I will be soon too so response may not be today.

last bsod blamed direct X. Given all the fun and games you had with the GPU before, I could guess its the card again.

run DDU and remove the AMD drivers, let Windows update try to install drivers

re picture. Your PC has the amazing LAN drivers called KIller. I would suggest getting drivers from here: http://support.killernetworking.com/software/

If it seems to have stopped, don't do anything :)
Yeah it seems it all run smooth now for some unknown reason, i'll test both mems now and see what happens.
Should i ask for RMA of my motherboard, PSU and RAM anyways just to be sure? (though that would be probably a month without my pc, since i would have to ship everything to USA.

It is always probable that windows got the drivers it was missing that were causing the BSOD as just cause you didn't update windows, didn't mean it didn't get the files via windows store as most applications that come with windows 10 are updated via the store, including drivers. So it may have replaced the GPU drivers you got off the CD with newer ones.

I wouldn't rma anything unless it comes back and we can't fix it with drivers.

Thank you gardenman i just finished testing both stick of RAM everything looked fine, weird. Thank you both for your time so i'll wait then for answer then

Edit: btw just had thar BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal dxgmms2.sys while i was about to install Uplay, Windows smart screen came up, and as soon as i clicked on "install anyway" it crashed, checked the event viewer and it seems windows started to download some windows defender update, even when i explicity disabled any kind of update from gpedit.msc and services.msc, jeez

That memtest result is good, shows its not motherboard slots to blame then. This is a good thing.

All the errors blame the same thing

Nov 02 2017 atikmpag.sys ATI video card driver

Have you run DDU and updated drivers via windows update? If so, could try AMD itself as there should be drivers from 2019 by now.
These ones look newer - https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580

update killer as well since its from 2016,

Hi Colif i've updated it from here
kL4CLcU.jpg

I tried the latest drivers last night becasue there were some weird lights on Ace Combat 7 briefing, and with the updated drivers it just freezes on the menu (probably because i lack all windows update) but as the sound went find i could heard navigating though the main menu, so again uninstalled everything with DDU, and just updated from windows device manager, so far so good though i don't have the AMD panel anymore because i've updated this way, i haven't tried the other games i have though, every time i get that blue screen was windows trying to sneak some security updates even when i disable every thing about windows update, so, i made some change in the register and services, and used a third party program (Windows Update Blocker), so no more updates, i'm sick with windows trying to force things in your own computer without your permision.

Those bsod happens (at lest when i checked) when windows tries to update something without my permision or when smartscreen came up while first executing firefox installer, and the 2 days later Uplay installer. I'll keep it like this for the weekend and will try all games, but one thing is sure, every update from windows or video drivers that came up this years, completely screwed my system. Yet i'm still trying to find the original root of the problem

Not all windows updates are bad, especially if you use defender... and some updates can fix serious bugs that could later be exploited and bring people down because they stopped updating windows.

There is a new version of win 10 due in the next few weeks too. So perhaps update to it and then block everything as then windows won't forcibly update your system for at least a year.

Well i'm gonna have to disagree with you here, check this out, i tried again just a moment ago, wiped another SSD, and reinstalled everything and also updated absolutely everything.
I'm using an outdated version of windows in my current SSD, and so far so good, the only problem is that i can't install newer gpu drivers because it makes some conflict in Ace Combat 7 freezing the main menu, probably because i lack some updates.

Anyways, here are the results of having everything up to date.

Video first.
You can jump forward to the next time mark to check when it disconnects me:
(It only happens with latest driver of windows 10)
