Question I don't get any output from RTX 2060 when booting up even though it's connected to a monitor using a VGA-to-HDMI adapter.

I have an XPS 8500 case. I've upgraded the PSU and GPU to Thermaltake Litepower 550W and EVGA RTX 2060 respectively. However, when I boot up the pc, I don't get any signal from the GPU when I connect it via HDMI while I get signal using the on-board HDMI port. How can I fix this? Also, how do I know that the GPU is working? I bought it brand new from Amazon. Thank you.

Is that a prebuilt OEM PC from DELL ?

Yes it is.

Have you tried updating the system BIOS ? Which BIOS version is currently installed ?

Yes I did. The latest one I could find from Dell's official website.6

Also, did you properly connect all the PCI-E cables to the GPU ?

Initially, I didn't do the CPU. But then I figured my mistake and did it all correctly.

Try to clear and reset the CMOS/BIOS settings to default, and then try again...

I did this, too. Still no fix =(
