i dont have a computer or laptop. i ordered wifi from AT&T and i should recieve my modem/router today. my question is, can i hook it up using my ps3?

I don't see why not, as long as you have a browser you should be able to proceed through an online setup.

I believe they will still let you do over the phone activation using the model and MAC of the modem.
