How do I use the DVD player through my computer using the Ethernet cable or whatever ,like reading files games, movies

My DVD is a sony blu ray BDP-S470

It's unlikely that you can. Standard DVD players are only set to output audio/video (not data) through certain ports; composite, component, HDMI. The USB and/or ethernet ports on a standard DVD player are designed only for input.
