Hi Everyone,

My old Philips 191EL LED Monitor gave up recently.

Now, I was wondering what's best for my system since I do not have a GPU and I want to have bigger monitor this time,

Can this build accommodate higher resolution 1920x1080 with bigger monitor 24" above?

Motherboard: GA-F2A78M-HD2
Processor: AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G
RAM: 8GB Hyper X 1866 Mhz
HDD: 500 GB Seagate Barracuda
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

For desktop use (e.g web browsing), it should handle 1080p. But it will not handle gaming on 1080p. Best it can do with gaming, is 1366x768 (16:9) or 1024x768 (4:3),

Biggest 1366x768 monitor would be 32", but that would look terrible, since you will be seeing individual pixels. Still options are wide even in 1366x768 resolution,

Are you intending to play games on this? (have to ask since you're using a fairly antiquated system) If so, can you provide game examples?

You could certainly go for a 27" 1080p monitor. I play (lighter) games at 1080p on my A8-5600K connected to my TV.

I casually plays DOTA 2 with the lowest settings just to relax.

I'm shopping within the Philippine market.
