i need to seperate my headphone from my speaker on laptop so to do that i need to access advanced settings on realtek audio manager but i cant see that setting it must be look like a link on top of right corner.

First of all install the latest compatible driver.
It must work. If it don't then might your headphone doesn't support those settings or might be there any hardware problems on your audio jack or your headphone.
Try plugging any woofer or speaker to it. Then checkout your if any option of advance settings is there.

it didnt work too but i seperated my headphone by deleting the realtek audio manager. Thank you for your supports but still if you can find solution write it please.

I was able to fix without advanced settings.
I couldnt hear anything in my headphones from any jack.
I went to device manager, enabled all, insured realtek hd audio enabled.
Made sure my headphone was plugged into the LINE OUT jack in the back of my computer. Think it is the green one.
went into asus realtek hd audio manager, went to cog in corner, then options. Set to AC97 front panel,
ticked mute rear device.., and most importantly ticked separate all input jacks. then returned to main screen and put speaker as default device, set the configuration to stereo and the amplifier setting to auto switch.
This worked for me.
