I'm using windows 10 PRO 1909 , build 18363 and I couldn't find the option in the display settings. I also couldn't find anything in the Nvidia Control Panel. Any help on the topic would be greatly appreciated!

hardware acceleration for what app/software?
I wanted to enable it for my video playback software, because I was experiencing lag, but I was able to fix the lag itself by using another piece of software. Thank you for taking your time to answer though!
