I dont have sound effects in realtek hd audio manager

so i downloaded realtek hd audio manager for my window 7, but when i opened it to change the audio effects its not there can you help me please

Realtek high definition audio is a driver, not a soundcard. What is the name of the motherboard name?

Since it's an oem pc go to Acer's support site and enter your model number.
Or go to Device Manager and rollback the driver.
You have a few options.
