I don't have the go back to previous build option

Hi!I had windows 10 and then I installed windows 8.1 because windows 10 has pretty annoying problems [100% cpu in task manager,freezes in games etc.]Now on windows 8.1 I can't connect to wifi.I tried like 100 solutions that I found on youtube and it didn't work.Can I do something to go back to windows 10?
