[SOLVED] i dont have the new windows icons

Hi, i accidentally deleted my copy of windows 10 and had to install a new one. Howerver when i got to the desktop i got the old windows icons which i didnt have before deleting windows. The microsoft store is the old too. How to fix them?

1. How does one "accidentally delete" the Windows 10?
2. How did you install the new one?

So almost certainly what happened was...you 'deleted' some part of it that rendered it unusable.
Then, whatever install you did was NOT a full wipe and reinstall.
Thereby leaving whatever broken stuff from the deletion...still broken.

which version of win 10 are you on?

1. right click start
2. choose run...
3. type winver and press enter
4. current version is 21H2

you sure you weren't on win 11 as not sure what new icons you mean otherwise?
