I don't know hour to install windows 8!?

So I want windows 8.1. Im getting the pc parts in two days and I need to find out how to install it on a flash drive. Please don't give me a link. I can't understand it. Do I put the flash drive in the motherboards I/O and not the case because of the drivers? And I buy the DVDs, and I download an ISO. And then when installing windows, I use the physical product key?

I don't understand what you are saying. What do you want to install using a flash drive? When you buy the Windows 8 DVD, you put it into the CD/DVD optical drive, and boot into it. The product key is used for activating your copy of Windows 8.

If you want to use a flash drive, you will need to burn the DVD contents into a flash drive.

Does you new PC include a DVD drive? If so, just go down to BestBuy or Walmart and buy the box that says Windows 8.1 on it. (assuming you are in the US)

If your new PC does NOT included a DVD drive, then we can explore other options.
