Question I don't know how to connect the front audio jack to the motherboard ?

So i recently got new motherboard MSI 760GM P21 FX but i can't figure out how to connect front panel audio and USB. i have old set of case audio jack cables and i don't know how to connect them.
The motherboard's manual is useless. because i have older connectors that are not a block.

The case is from NTT systems and the connectors look like this :

On cable block of white cable it says L-OUT and L-RET

and yes it's other case.
