i dont know how to remove my cpu and my cpu heat sink.

i tried unplugging the cpu cooller connected to ''cpu_1'' but it wouldnt come off, it was very stiff. And i also do not know how to remove my cpu. I have a Ryzen 5 1500x on a AsRock A320M pro 4

i have the stock cooler that cam in the same box as the ryzen 1500x, i dont know the exact model but its the generic AMD stock cooler.

Yes the wraith spire, thanks for correcting me. i would know how to unscrew but the cable from the fan connected to the motherboard is very stiff and it would not like to come off no matter how much force i use.

Obviously slightly more force is required, than you're willing to apply.
Hold the plastic connector firmly and lift it from the motherboard. It's not going to break.
