I don't know how to remove the metal slots at the back of my PC

I'm extremely new to the whole "upgrading your pc" business and I wanted to install a new graphics card. In the back of my PC where the slots to install the cards are there is some metal slides in the way.

I am not quite sure how to remove them so I was wondering if I could get some help. I have an Acer Aspire T3 case and I took some pictures of my dilemma. http://i.imgur.com/PxFPHS5.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/kQS7ydn.jpg .

You need to remove the outside screws on the right of the bars. after you take the screws out, you should be able to remove the bars

If they are held in by screws, remove the screws.

If not, you simply twist them back and forth and literally break them off.
