-Ryzen 2600X
-Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8 gb) 3000 memory speed
-RX 480 4gb VRAM
-MSI X470 Gaming Plus

I don't know if I should upgrade the graphics card. If so, what should I upgrade it to.

Solution
RX480=RX580=GTX1060 (6GB). If you're only gaming at 1080p, 4GB VRAM is fine.

If you already bought the RX480 4GB, keep it. Unless you can return it for a full refund with free shipping, nothing else in your budget is going to perform better.

Don't talk about "bottlenecks". In games, the GPU is always the primary bottleneck. Also, nobody needs to play ANY game at "ultra" settings.

Well I was going to get a GTX 1060 6gb super clocked but it went over my budget a little bit so I was just wondering if an RX 480 4gb VRAM would be good for 2019 and it wouldn't affect performance because I'm pretty much replacing all my hardware in my PC (CPU, Motherboard, New RAM) so I would be truly disappointed if I got the items above, didn't replace GPU, and got sub par performance all because of 1 item I didn't replace.

For the most part, the RX 480 is still capable of playing modern games, but you'd have to reduce settings to sustain those higher framerates. If keeping graphics quality settings closer to ultra or high is important, there are a few options for upgrades. Upgrading from RX 480 to GTX 1060 is not recommended as it is less than 30% of improvement in performance. In general, a reasonable upgrade is from 30%-50% or more to justify The purchase of new hardware. I have combined your CPU with both RX 480 and GTX 1060 and it appears you will get about 10FPS if you upgrade:

So in your opinion what should I do with GPU to sustain great fps in high-ultra settings and will the Rx 480 bottleneck the new hardware I'm getting? All in all should I upgrade the GPU or keep it considering that I will be playing graphically intensive games.

Since I already have a RX 480 4gb, your suggesting I just keep it plus the other components I mentioned earlier

Ok, thanks. I just wanted to be certain and make sure because I didn't want to get a new CPU, Motherboard And RAM just to find out it still runs poorly, but the original build I posted earlier today (RX 480 instead of 1060) is good for a game like "Squad" though right? Don't know if you know of this game
