I don't know what to choose

Hi , I am from Romania and do not speek english very well. I don't know what to choose from two systems:
First http://www.pcgarage.ro/vizualizare-wishlist/136338/ or the second http://www.pcgarage.ro/vizualizare-wishlist/136684/. So what to choose ?

I would recommend system 1 do to it having the better CPU, which will lenghten the time before the need to upgrade it. The GTS 250 is a good mid-range GPU.
