Hello, sorry im from Poland so my words can be sometimes hard to understand.
I have a problem with my PC sound. I bought HyperX Cloud Alpha to change from Fatality Creative. I bought new PC that contain Aorus Gaming 7 Motherboard. I have a problem with:
When I play loud music or play games at for example 80 percent of maximal volume my microphone turning down and muffle my words. It turns down that my friends cant hear me on Teamspeak because my blue light doesnt light. When I stop music/mute game sound it backs to normal and people can hear me clearly.
I tested multiple Realtek drivers from their site and from my MOBO site.
I unchecked exclusive mode for headphones and microphone.
Im speaking on Teamspeak 3 client.
I tested my old headphones (Fatality) and result was the same. Raising volume reduce microphone volume and it start to muffle.
Strange thing is that when I connect microphones away from headphones ( on front or back panel instead of pink jack) my voice not reducing. It stays the same all the time.
I dont know what cause the problem
Can someone know what i must to do? On my old PC with other Gigabyte MOBO that things didnt happend.
I dont want to buy usb or jack microphone when I paid lot for headset.
Something is wrong but I dont know what. I dont know that is hardware, software or MOBO fault, or maybe PSU.
Please help!
UPDATE
again, sorry for my bad english
1. I checked with co-talkers. This test was during the entire time of saying ONCE TWO THREE gradual increase in the volume of music. After about 30 percent they told me STOP because at that moment my voice started to be difficult to understand.
2. As I check the voice on Teamspeak in the interception settings, I hear that it tends to slightly break off the tip of the words but as I check with friends it is supposed to be normal and normally finish the words.
3. The voice from the headphones to the microphone is then like I will unplug in the microphone settings OFF ALL THE SOUND EFFECTS. And now, if I mark something there (no matter what, even everything or only one option), then the sound goes into the microphone. Likewise, in the Teamspeak 3 settings, as I unhide the ECHA REMOVAL, it also catches sounds from my computer. I must add that when I unhook ECHA REMOVAL, I have the same voice all the time but also the music / sounds of the game / system, etc. are a bit quieter in the background.
4. I also have to add that when I increase the performance of the microphone by 20 or 30 decibels, the headphones are not squeaky, it's not the cry of headphones but something that I need to turn off quickly after half a second because it is unbearable. It is not a silent sound, it is very loud at first.
In addition, from time to time the microphone starts to crackle and when I click it, listen to it as if I keep shooting until I leave the microphone tab, I will only go through the sound settings to the speaker settings (which are my headphones). I thought they would be called headphones, not speakers, or at least Headset.
