I don't know what to do!

Hey guys I have a decent PC right now :
Amd fx 6100
gtx 1050ti
8gb of ram
and my motherboard is a am3+ asus.

I run games pretty good but not in best settings!
I want to change some stuff inside, could you please recommend some stuff to get like maybe change the fx 6100 to an fx 8350 or change my graphics card, get an ssd?

Upgrading to an 8350 would be a good step forward. Other than that your PC looks fine. Can you tell us the make and speed of RAM you have?
