What version of Windows 10 are you currently on? Often times a corruption in your OS or an issue with one or more of your hardware might be causing the issue. Mind sharing the full specs to your build? What is the make and model of your PSU? How old is the PSU in your build?

Windows version: 20H2
PSU: Corsair CX 850M (i'd say 3-4 years)
CPU: Intel core i7-8700k
GPU: Nvidia geforce GTX 1080 TI
RAM: 32GB DDR4
1x 500GB SSD
1X 250GB SSD

Sorry, mind doing this?

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

this will give more info about how ram is configured and what bios you are on etc.
