I don't know where these wires go

So two questions. First, I have a built in e data port on my computer case which has a serial ata cable attacked to it. And I don't know where to hook it up, like should I hook it up to one of the sata ports on my mobo or....?

And second I have these wires that came attached to my case and I have no idea where they go. There are 3 of them, labeled, CPU, HDD, and sys http://imgur.com/wMo0DQl

the answer to the first question is Yes connect it to one of the SATA ports.

as for the second question those wires look like temperature probes to measure the temperature
