hello gents.
since i'm buying a pc for my little brother so he can play games with me i'm just wondering how much should i spend for this pc my friend is selling it to me cause he's not using it never overclocked or anything.


CPU Intel i5-2400 3.10 - 3.40 GHz (4 Core, 6MB Cache)

Motherboard GIGABYTE P67A-UD7-B3

Graphic Card SAPPHIRE HD7950 3GB GDDR5 BOOST

Drives SSD Samsung 840EVO 120 GB
HDD Seagate Barracuda 2 TB SATA3

RAM Memory G.Skill RipjawsX 2.133 MHz 8 GB DDR3

PSU CORSAIR TX-750W

CPU Cooler ZALMAN 9500 CU

This is always a very hard thing to say. When all the items were new and current model, you had a $1125 base cost plus the case. Then you have to add the cost of the operating system to the mix to get a sort of base value. Now is\f I were buying I would not want another persons OS and software cause you never know what is there so I would look to clean install everything. Then the OS cost drops out because you will buy a new OEM of some windows version. That all said my rule of thumb is 50% or less. Everything here is 1-2 model cycle back in time. Not to say they are not usable but they are not current. So in dollar value (and this is just my opinion) $350-$500. I just do not see paying for used older parts when you can assemble a new...

Thank you. Yea i know but i'm not putting 1200€ for my brother so i really don't care about what the guy did or anything just so he can play hes planetside or what ever it is and leaves me alone also my friend needs money so i'll gladly help him out so to be honest it's 2 birds with one stone brother and friend get what they want.
