OK so I am basically trying to deside between two different GPUs and I am a bit confused. So I have already gone over my budget of $485 (USD) and I found nothing within the range of that and less. So I decided going for another GPU. Either I would get

So I could see how people would say they are both opened style our at least not blower which I "need." But look closely.... The less expensive has a heat-sink that replicates a reference card. I looked online and YouTube, and found out that it might.... **MIGHT** Be a little hotter in comparison of one that will disperse the heat to the whole system. So it would be nice if it didn't run hotter but I don't know. Please help me guys I am desperate for an answer. I'm trying not to beat my budget to hard as well ($485) it went over and I know it isn't that much more but I still don't want to bust the budget.
