Ok so recently my computer crashed with a windows stop code, and ever since it's reboot my screen has been "artifacting" with pixels, worse with videos, media and animations. Recently I was told that the graphics card went and i just need to have it replaced (that's fine) but now I'm being told it might not be the graphics card.
Problems: -Black pixels across things that are updated (I.E like me typing this is making tiny ones flicker across the screen) -Black pixels (much larger) across animated things like the windows start menu and game launchers. -Green squares flickering across youtube videos -complete self destruction when trying to play a game (let your mind wander it probably happen)
PC: -Graphics: RX 480 -Processor: I5-6600k -Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC Mate LGA 1151 M.2 -OS: Windows 10
There was no issues until these crashes started happening and I've now been told to suspect not just the graphics card. I need to know which one for sure before i send it to be repaired/replaced because sending the entire pc back on an RMA would be too expensive. It'd be easier to send the malfunctioning part by itself, anyone have a guess at which one?

I rebooted the gpu with lower shared memory (by accident i think) and it seems to have fixed the issues (likely only temporarily) so im not sure its the power supply...
