Question I dont know why my cpu is getting so hot

I'm running an I5 8600k and cooling it with a Corsair H100i v2 and its still hitting around 85 degrees C within seconds of putting it under stress. I really need help with this and would be grateful if i could receive some insight.

the fans seem to be running fine and the pump says its okay according to iCUE, how do I know if i installed it wrong
