guys
what is dual channel ?memory?
i have Samsung DDR2 PC2-6400 (400 MHz)
but i need to upgrade to 4gb ram

Dual channel memory (assuming your motherboard supports it) means having memory working in pairs and data able to travel in both directions, simultaneously. Check your motherboard specifications. If it supports it, make sure the memory you get either matches what you currently have or you replace what you currently have with a matching set of RAM (2x2GB kit for 4GB of RAM).
