Built my first PC, and it won't turn on, the fans move a little and the power led turns on and the fan LED's flicker, I think it's a psu issue but I'm not sure. So what's wrong with it and could any other of my components be harmed?

CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: GTX 1050
MoBo:GA-970A-DS3P FX
Ram: 2gb DDR3 SDRAM (x2)
PSU: Apevia Venus 450 watt
HD: 250gb WD2500AAKX

Take a clean and well lit photo of the inside of PC showing us all the components and where everything is plugged in. Also provide us with your system specs: Mobo, CPU cooler, PSU, GPU (if you have one) etc.
