I don't think it's bottleneck!!!!!!

Hi guys,
I'm here with another problem for you.So, I was playing battlefield 4 on siege of shanghai and I was getting terrible frames around 30 at some places. And I wondered how the hell is this happening?, when the game was running a lot better few days ago. So, I decided to check what's up?
Ran the game in window mode and opened msi afterburner and i found what i don't think is a cpu bottlneck issue. This is on low:

As you guys might have noticed from pics above that gpu usage went up stepwise with the graphical preset.

And I also noticed in valley benchmark's that when there were sky's and easy stuff for gpu than usage went down and gave me terrible frames lke 30ish.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
