I have a AMD radeon 6950 and when i go into a game i can play for a few minutes but then my screen goes black and i am forced to switch my computer off from the power button. Im guessing its the gpu because when i lower the power limit in msi afterburner and lower the clock speeds it fully works but has a major impact in performance.

My specs:
Cpu: Intel Core2 Quad Q8300
Gpu: Amd Hd Radeon 6950 (Sapphire)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2
Ram: 4x2 DDR2 Ram 800mhz
Hard Drive: 150Gb
Solid State Drive: 60Gb
Cooler Power 750 watt power supply (Found out it is only outputting 600-650 watts)
Os: Windows 10 Pro

Not a single review on a trusted review site, that's my big red flag.
They don't appear on any PSU tier list (flawed as they are) even as a brand.
They have no webpage that I can find.
It all points to a problem PSU.

When it goes wrong it can really go wrong:
https://www.hardwareinsights.com/th...supply-roundup/12/#Conclusions-and-Explosions

I didn't spot they had the GX850 in the mix.
https://www.hardwareinsights.com/the-2013-el-cheapo-power-supply-roundup/6/#Cooler-Power-GX850
Failed between 500 and 550W.

Another giveaway is the 1x6pin and 1x6+2pin PCI-E connectors, an 850W PSU should have 4x6+2Pin minimum, maybe 6 being optimistic
